Design and engineering standards

Structural rigidity
We double-weld chassis skids from IS-2062 mild steel channels so your frame resists deflection and can take crane lifts during transit.
M-SPEC: PUF-50
Thermal insulation
We use PUF sandwich panel walls to slow heat gain on your site. Typical build-up is 50 mm; we set thickness and finishes on your cabin drawing.

Off-site fabrication
We assemble cabins in our works, then dispatch them as relocatable modules. We reuse frame off-cuts where they fit the next chassis.

What do we build?+
We build relocatable steel cabins for your project site, including site offices, security cabins, medical pods, sanitary modules, and bunkhouse accommodation. We sit every unit on structural steel skids with double-welded joints.
Where do we fabricate?+
We build at Survey No-35, S.P. Ring Road, Vinzol Chokdi, Vinzol, Ahmedabad-382445. We fabricate off-site and dispatch finished cabins to your project.
How do we assemble a cabin?+
We weld chassis skids from IS-2062 mild steel channels, then lock PUF sandwich wall panels into the frame. We run electrical conduits inside the cavities. We rain-test each unit for leak safety before it leaves us.
What steel and insulation do we use?+
We use IS-2062 structural steel skids with double-welded joints and crane lifting provisions. Typical walls are PUF sandwich panels, commonly 50 mm. We set thickness and finishes on your cabin drawing.
Can you move a finished cabin by crane?+
Yes. We build cabins on structural steel skids with lifting provisions so you can crane them on construction and industrial sites.
